The shortest meetings for beginners lasting at minimum 2 hours and are meant for people, who want to learn basic BDSM practices, such as spanking, bondage and CBT. Longer meetings (4-5 hours) will be suitable for those, who want to know more than just the basic BDSM practices or any of them realize a wider range, e.g. to show you more complicated forms of bondage (e.g. stressful bondage) or feel what it's to be locked in a prison cell.

To the session's time I don't count the time needed to talk before and after the meeting. But the washing you and enema (if you need do it) are parts of the session.
